Bike Stolen

Description

brand new bike was stolen from Hanover Street at 9:30 pm last night. CCTV from that building shows someone walked past, and ripped it from the lock and left within like 20 seconds. Unfortunately you couldn't see the person (not that it would have made much of a difference)
