MD Child Molester List
The Maryland sex offender registry is designed as a public service resource for concerned individuals and researchers. To make full use of these services however, knowing which websites to go to is necessary.
There are several options available today if you want to find information about registered sex offenders in Maryland. However, the most practical method is to use the MD sex offender registry online.
Public Records Website
You can for example, go to the Public Records website and search the sex offender registry by zip code in Maryland.
You will see several links and resources available. If you want to search the entire state, choose the first option “Maryland – statewide”. Click the “sex offenders” link and make your choices based on the data that appears.
If you want to narrow your search, choose one of the counties listed including Frederick County, Hartford, Talbot, Wicomico and more. When you click one of these links, several different options will appear, but they are not always the same. Some might have an option to map sex offenders in my neighborhood but others don’t.
Aside from providing information about Maryland sex offenders, the site allows you to look for other criminal records in the state.
Homefacts Maryland Page
Homefacts contains plenty of information about sex offenders in all the US states, and Maryland is no exception. If you are looking for facts about the state’s sexual predators, this is as good a place to try as any.
Go to the following site: http://www.homefacts.com/offenders/Maryland.html
If you have never been to this site before, you can use it to lookup a sex offender by address in MD as well as get other information about sex offenders in the state.
If you want to do a quick search, type the address, zip code or city on the search box at the top left. Or you can type the name at the search box on the right.
If you want to refine your search, you can confine the search to only the Maryland sexual predator list.
If you want to do background checks, type the first and/or last name and click the search button (the magnifying glass).
Maryland on City Data
City Data is another good resource site, and it’s one of the easiest to use.
Once you’ve read it, just click one of the links on the homepage for the registered sex offenders in each city in Maryland. Clicking each of those links will bring up a detailed map showing where they are, their address, risk level and other pertinent information.
Aside from the information on City Data, each offender listed here has a link to their official page from Maryland authorities.
